Refund Policy
Can I return or exchange a product?
- There are no refunds or returns for items unless they are damaged or lost in the mail. Proof of damage is needed. If tracking says your item was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your post office.
- Most items we sell are made to order or are digital files. Because made to order items were made just for you, we do not carry anything to exchange. Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.
What if my order arrived damaged or I recieved the wrong item?
- Contact us within 14 days of arrival so that we can discuss the issue.
- We can not offer a replacement after 14 days.
- Please include pictures (if applicable), your name, and order number in your email: tara@weekendserendipity.com
